About Middlesex 4 Mental Health

The Middlesex4MentalHealth web platform was created by Winchester and Woburn teen interns participating in the Leaders for an Equitable Tomorrow (LET)* program during the summer of 2022. M4MH provides mental health resources for teens and connects them with opportunities for peer discussions as well as support on mental health topics.
While teens everywhere may find this site resourceful, Middlesex4MentalHealth is intended to be especially useful to teens local to Middlesex County, MA. For mental health-related events and discussions offered locally and online, visit our calendar page.
*LET is coordinated through a partnership between two local nonprofit organizations, the Network for Social Justice (NFSJ) and Social Capital Inc. (SCI). The LET program began in the summer of 2021, where participating teens explored the intersection of racism and mental health through a series of workshops and needs assessment gathering processes. A core group of the initial LET participants met during the spring of 2022 and established the development of the M4MH platform as the summer 2022 LET project.
The initial funding for the LET program came through CHNA 15 DoN funds from Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. Funding for LET is provided by Winchester Hospital Community Benefits.
